Advising the Client on the requirements, documentation and procedures for submission of the application to Local Municipal Council.

Preparation of a detailed write-up and completing the application form(s) based on the information provided by the Client.

Seeking concurrence from the Client on all completed paperwork before submission to the Local Municipal Council.

Submitting the application to Local Municipal Council for and on behalf of the Client.

Liaising with Local Municipal Council officers periodically after its submission and attending to their queries, if any.
