Discussing with the Client’s finance and operation personnel and conducting a comprehensive study on the facts of the case.
Reviewing the Client’s business structure, projected financial results, project milestones, types of products, manpower requirement etc to gather requisite information.
Advising the Client on conditions that Malaysian Investment Development Authority (“MIDA)” is known to impose.
Assisting the Client to complete the manufacturing license application form (i.e. Form ICA/JA-1).
Submitting the application and following up with MIDA for the issuance of the manufacturing license.
